Birla Planetarium a wing of the B.M.
Birla Science centre at Hyderabad is a large planetarium near the Government of
India tourist office providing a virtual tour of the stars and the solar
system. It is located near the famous tourist attraction Birla Mandir at the
center of the city, on the small hill known as Naubat Pahad. It was inaugrated
by the Late N.T.Rama Rao, on 8th september 1985. This planetarium displays and
demonstrates the advances in science and technology.

The Birla Museum includes participatory
Science museum , Archeology and also Fine art section. The Science Museum shows
the India's own achievements in Science and collection of Fine arts ancient
India.

The Salar Jung Museum is an art museum located at
Darushifa, on the southern bank of the Musi river in the city of Hyderabad. It is
one of the three National Museums of India. It has a collection of sculptures,
paintings, carvings, textiles, manuscripts, ceramics, metallic artifacts,
carpets, clocks, and furniture from Japan, China, Burma, Nepal, India, Persia,
Egypt, Europe, and North America. The museum's collection was sourced from the
property of the Salar Jung family.
